Professional photography helps veterinary hospitals, pet businesses, grooming salons, boarding facilities, and animal organizations create stronger first impressions, showcase team culture, and build a polished, trustworthy brand presence. Sessions are customized based on the business’s goals, environment, branding direction, and overall content needs while focusing on capturing real moments, authentic interactions, professional presentation, and stronger visual storytelling.

Our photography services are designed to capture authentic moments, professional staff imagery, facility photography, and team interactions that support marketing, recruiting, business growth, and long-term brand visibility.

Individual Professional Session (Up to 1 individual)

• Up to 45 minutes of on-site coverage
• Standard editing and image refinement
• Two (2) rounds of revisions

Small Team Session (Up to 15 team members)

• Up to 3 hours of on-site coverage
• Staff photography
• Team photographs
• Facility photography
• Standard editing and image refinement
• Two (2) rounds of revisions per individual

Growing Team Session (Up to 25 team members)

• Up to 6 hours of on-site coverage
• Staff photography
• Team photographs
• Facility photography
• Standard editing and image refinement
• Two (2) rounds of revisions per individual

Large Team Session (Up to 35 team members)

• Up to 9 hours of on-site coverage
• Staff photography
• Team photographs
• Facility photography

Ongoing Team Member Photography

Photography sessions include coverage for the selected team size, not solely the number of employees present during the original session. Remaining capacity may be used for future hires at no additional cost.

Once the original session limit has been reached, additional team member photography may be scheduled at $50 per individual, including standard editing, image refinement, and two (2) rounds of revisions.

Organizations adding ten (10) or more new team members will be asked to purchase the applicable Team Session package for the best overall value.

Editing & Image Refinement

Professional image editing and refinement support designed to improve visual consistency, professionalism, lighting balance, color correction, minor blemish removal, image refinement, and overall presentation quality.

All photography sessions include standard post-production editing. Clients requesting additional personalized edits may communicate those preferences during the revision process. Extensive retouching or significant image manipulation beyond standard refinements may require additional project support.

Scheduling & Workflow

Photography sessions are scheduled collaboratively based on business operations, staffing availability, content goals, and overall project scope.

When possible, sessions may be scheduled during lower-traffic periods to minimize operational disruption. Projects involving brand storytelling, behind-the-scenes content, recruiting content, daily workflow capture, or marketing campaigns may require photography to take place during active business hours to accurately document real client interaction.

Travel Requirements

Diamond Care Collective is based in the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) metropolitan area. Photography sessions scheduled within the DFW service area do not incur additional travel fees. Projects located outside of the DFW region may require additional travel expenses, depending on the location and project requirements.

Businesses located outside of the DFW area should contact hello@diamondcarecollective.com before booking photography services to discuss scheduling availability, travel requirements, and customized pricing.

Travel fees are quoted separately and approved prior to project confirmation to ensure complete transparency regarding overall project costs.

Turnaround Time

Photography projects are typically completed within 7–14 business days, depending on scheduling coordination, team size, communication responsiveness, and overall project scope.
